Tο California State Polytechnic University έχει δημιουργήσει την δική του ζυθοποιία με την ονομασία Brew Works.

Godfrey, who brought brew studies to Cal Poly in 2000 with a single class on the culture and history of beer, envisions Innovation Brew Works eventually becoming the centerpiece of studies for chemistry students interested in learning the complicated science of making good-tasting beer, as well as for hospitality students interested in marketing beer.In this Thursday, March 19, 2015, photo, Assistant Brewer, and senior chemistry major Stephen Moser, 23, checks a fermentation process at the recently opened Innovation Brew Works at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in Pomona, Calif. Although the beer made on Pomona's campus is sold at the university's pub, school officials say the effort isn't about providing product for boozy frat boys. It's about responding to a booming craft-beer market by giving students the skills to compete for jobs in a rapidly expanding section of the hospitality industry. In this Thursday, March 19, 2015, photo, Maureen Frey, a lab technician checks the brewing process at Innovation Brew Works in the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in Pomona, Calif.
